How to Report Windows System Information with DirectX

To generate a comprehensive Windows system information and configuration report; do the following ...
 

• Select Windows Four Square Icon or < Windows Key > + < R > to launch a ' Run App ' dialogue box.
• Enter ' nvidia-smi -q'
• Select ' Run as Administrator '
• Select Save All Information
• Select ' Desktop ' as the destination folder
• Name the File ' nvidia-smi-q_30870.txt '
• Select ' Save '

 
Alternatively; run the command from PowerShell ...

• Select Windows Four Square Icon or < Windows Key > + < R > to launch a ' Run App ' dialogue box.
• Enter ' powershell '
• Select ' Run as Administrator '
• Enter the following command; where < ticket.id > is the Support ticket number ...

  nvidia-smi -q > nvidai-smi-q_< ticket.id >.txt

... the resultant output file ' nvidai-smi-q_< ticket.id >.txt ' will be located on your Desktop.

Reply with the output file attached to the Support ticket.
