Step 1: Open the box, remove and organize the necessary contents, and remove plastic coverings.

The cooler kit should contain:

4x Standoffs

4x Thumbscrew nuts

1x Circular bracket for your CPU socket type

1-2x Fans to be affixed to the radiator

1x CPU cooling block pump+radiator unit

Step 2: If not done already, remove the previous CPU cooling block, radiator, and disconnect the attached fan. The radiator and fan screws can be used for the next step.

Step 3: Fasten fan(s) to the radiator with long screws.

Tap the top of the screws so that the radiator screw holes catch. It may take a few tries to get the screw alignment correct.

The airflow direction arrow should point toward the radiator to blow heat out of the system instead of sucking it in.

Step 4: Fasten the radiator to the system case/chassis.

Step 5: Screw in the standoffs at the appropriate locations around the CPU.

Step 6: Remove the plastic cap on the CPU cooling block.

Be careful not to get the pre-applied thermal paste on your fingers; wash it off immediately.

Step 7: Attach the circular bracket to the CPU cooling block from the bottom and twist to lock it into place.

Refer to the video below, where the manufacturer demonstrates how to attach the bracket.

Step 8: Place the CPU cooling unit on the CPU, lining up the bracket with the standoffs.

Ensure the cooling tubes are oriented so that they are not twisted or bent on their path to the radiator.

Step 9: Use the thumbscrew nuts to secure the CPU cooling block to the CPU.

Done.
