How to Install a PCIe Device

How to Install PCIe Device:

Step 1: Align Contacts

Make sure contacts from PCIe device are properly aligned with motherboard PCIe slot and insert card.

Step 2: Press Down on PCIe Device 

Press down firmly on the PCIe device until it clicks. This means the contact has locked into the motherboard.

Step 3: Fasten PCIe Device Bracket

Screw/fasten the PCIe device bracket to the chassis in clockwise rotation.

NOTE: You might have to push the end of the chassis to help align the PCI-e device bracket to the chassis' screw hole.
