Increasing Benchmark Performance - Ubuntu

Document Scope

This article outlines the steps to increase benchmark performance for Ubuntu.

Step 1: Install

Install cpupower-gui: in terminal: sudo apt install cpupower-gui

Step 2: Launch

Launch cpupower-gui

Step 3: Select

For Governor, select Performance.

Step 4: Turn On

Turn on All CPUs, so that the profile is applied to all the cores.

Step 5: Apply

Click Apply to apply the changes and give it time to load.
