Document Scope
This article covers how to run Exxact's System Support Tool (ESST) script.
Prerequisites
- Network connectivity
- NVIDIA driver installed and working
- You can use 'nvidia-smi' command to test whether the driver is working.
If the system does not have network, or if you are not confident in using Linux with your Linux machine, please contact your local IT/Admin team. If you are unable to troubleshoot your Linux system further, then Support may suggest to have the system shipped back to Exxact for further diagnostic and/or repair; customer is liable for paying and coordinating shipping to Exxact.
